We introduce our new Lead Consultant Melanie Buchanan

We are excited to welcome Melanie to the team who brings with her a wealth of experience from the FMCG, Financial Services, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Oil, Retail and Service Sectors. Melanie has held varied roles in-house at international and UK-focused companies for over 11 years. Before this, she enjoyed a 12-year permanent career after specialising in Reward early on, including working as an Expatriate Manager.

Melanie will partner with new and existing customers, providing her long-standing expertise as a specialist advisor. By understanding their Reward and HR needs, she can then develop and implement solutions that meet their current and future people needs.

Melanie’s biggest passion is skiing – spending as much time as she can in the mountains with her husband who shares a love of skiing in the winter and walking in the summer. Describing herself as “a keen but slow runner”, after completing her first half marathon in 2018, she plans to make this a biannual goal. Originally from South Yorkshire, Melanie says “my accent gets stronger when I visit extended family!” Melanie and her husband have become Great Auntie and Uncle five times over in the last four years, so they can often be found doing fun things with the children like dressing up as superheroes or getting on the trampoline.
