Paydata's UK Reward Management Survey was set up in 2009 in response to the financial crisis and to help inform employers.
Covering business activity, employment, base pay, bonuses and HR budgets and agendas, as well as featuring questions on topical issues, the UK Reward Management Survey has become an established source of data for HR and reward professionals.
The survey runs twice a year, once in the spring (launching in March) and once in the autumn (launching in September).
