Simon Langford

Having joined Paydata in 2020, Simon manages the data services team, whilst working alongside our consulting team to deliver and interpret analysis for our customers. Some of you will also recognise him as being one of the leads on evaluation and benchmarking projects.

Simon's Career 

Before Paydata, Simon had a varied HR career over 10 years at the Financial Ombudsman Service and Sky, having worked his way up from an HR Officer to ‘Head of’ for several teams in HR.

Simon's Expertise

Simon has experience in leading key HR projects on HR systems, diversity, HR administration, people reporting and project management. Simon has also developed his reward management experience by contributing his analyst skills to various reward projects, including reviewing the benefits offering, updating grades/pay ranges and redesigning bonus schemes at the Financial Ombudsman as well as sitting on job evaluation panels.

Simon's Interests

When Simon isn't busy supporting local football team, Peterborough United, he enjoys a spot of birdwatching, being a keen nature lover.
