Kieren Marshall

Kieren is building up his specialist knowledge of IT support and data analysis.

Kieren's Career 

Kieren joined Paydata in 2017 as an IT apprentice. Having completed his apprenticeship in 2019, he continues to develop his own skills, knowledge and confidence as IT and Office Support Administrator. According to Kieren, “I am happy to say that my job here at Paydata is a huge achievement for me, giving me such big opportunities. It is a great start to my career.”

Kieren's Expertise

Kieren is exposed to a varied workload in his role. He has developed the Paydata intranet, as well as helping with any technical issues and questions, upgrading systems and setting up new software. On the Data Analyst side, Keiren cleans a lot of the survey data, ready for job matching, then running, checking and sending off reports to customers.

Kieren's Interests

Kieren describes himself as a very technical person and when it comes to computers he says that “he is in his element”. He has built a total of five computers, including upgrading and troubleshooting and set up his own home network. Kieren also edits photos and videos in his spare time, using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro and is mostly self-taught.

“I make sure that I answer customer's and my team’s questions about technical issues they’re facing in the simplest way possible."
