Julie Ackroyd

Julie has over ten years’ experience in data management and analysis and joined the Paydata team in 2011.

Julie's Career 

Prior to joining Paydata, Julie worked at Thomas Cook for nine years in roles that evolved: working with data in both the Data Management and Scheduled Flights departments.

Julie's Expertise

Julie is responsible for data analysis and job matching of the Club Survey data, producing Club Survey reports, ad hoc benchmarking data and reports and Pay Review testing. She particularly enjoys working on Total Reward Statements as she is responsible for seeing them through from design to the finished statements. Julie is currently working more on job evaluation which she sees as something new and challenging.

Julie's Interests

Julie is passionate about volunteering. She has been a Girl Guiding adult leader for over 30 years and currently leads a Guide unit of approximately 30 girls. She has also been a volunteer steward at film and sci-fi conventions/events for over 20 years. When she has any spare time left Julie likes to make cards and jewellery and enjoys watching tennis, both live matches and on TV.
