ECIA Salary and Benefits Survey

Now in its 17th year, the Engineering Construction Industry Association (ECIA) Salary and Benefits Survey has become an important source of benchmarking information for the industry. Designed exclusively for ECIA members, the results enable you to benchmark your roles, providing invaluable market intelligence to inform your pay decisions.

Designed to supplement your understanding of the external pay market, the report details both the latest information (collected over the summer), as well as our historic database of pay trends on:

• Pay and a broad range of benefits for key industry roles.
• HR metrics – such as labour turnover, absence and out-of-cycle pay increases.

The collated results are only available to participating ECIA members and will be available in August. Participating members receive a detailed analysis of the survey results that they can use to compare their arrangements to market practice. Over 65 key roles are covered including specialist and executive positions in Project and Site Management, Engineering, Planning, Technical and Functional Support.
