Paydata’s Executive Salary Survey involves a cross-sector review of board and senior management roles across key business disciplines. This provides companies with valuable, accurate and specific external market information to inform reward decisions, much of which is not available anywhere else.
The overall goal of our salary survey is to provide businesses with the information and data to ensure that they can offer a competitive package to their members of staff, as well as attracting and retaining valuable employees. The survey covers base pay and total cash, with personalised reports showing the company's market position and job matching data. The size of business, structure and some more complex factors are also covered. As well as casting light on monetary aspects, our executive salary survey can also be utilised to form your reward strategy, too.
The survey is only available to participants. It is heavily personalised and includes market benchmarking data for each executive role, offering a comprehensive salary survey for CEOs, chief executives and more.
We also produce a sector-specific analysis of the data for customers working in construction and business services.
