Tim is a passionate HR specialist with over 20 years’ experience in pay and reward. As a director of Paydata, Tim has worked with thousands of satisfied organisations across the UK and beyond. He has the knowledge and the expertise to help with a variety of topical HR challenges.
With his reward management career starting in the financial planning department at Thomas Cook (then called Going Places), he designed and coded management reports for the head office and national shop network. He also collated data and information to support colleagues comparing performance by time period or business area.
Since becoming Paydata’s first employee in 1999, Tim has developed and managed several products. These include opinion surveys, equal pay audits and the salary surveys that are still a core part of Paydata's business today. Tim also created reward-led data systems to run the surveys and conduct more complex analyses in line with company growth.
