Having joined Paydata in early 2023, Michelle's positive energy and friendly approach has seen her become a popular member of Paydata team with customers and colleagues alike.

Michelle's Career 

With her positive and happy personality, Michelle has enjoyed working in various customer service focused positions throughout her career, including retail, call centre team management and logistics account management.

Michelle's Expertise

Working alongside Tim and Louise, as a customer experience champion, Michelle supports existing and new customers alike, maximising participation in our benchmarking services and representing Paydata as a primary point of contact.

Michelle's Interests

Brazillian born, with a British father and an Egyptian mother, Michelle has lived in the UK since the age of 11. Michelle has always been passionate about arts and sport, with a keen interest in dancing and theatre. Alongside her 'day job' Michelle teaches Zumba fitness locally.
