Michelle's career and expertise

Brazillian born, with a British father and an Egyptian mother, Michelle has lived in the UK since the age of 11. With her positive and happy personality, Michelle has enjoyed working in various customer service focused positions throughout her career, including retail, call centre team management and logistics account management.

Working alongside Tim and Louise since 2023, as a customer experience champion Michelle supports existing and new customers alike, maximising participation in our benchmarking services and representing Paydata as a primary point of contact.
