Julie's career and expertise

Julie has over ten years’ experience in data management and analysis and joined the Paydata team in 2011.

Prior to joining Paydata, Julie worked at Thomas Cook for nine years in roles that evolved: working with data in both the Data Management and Scheduled Flights departments.

Julie is responsible for data analysis and job matching of the Salary Survey data, producing survey reports and ad hoc benchmarking data reports. She particularly enjoys working on Total Reward Statements as she is responsible for seeing them through from design to the finished statements.
