Having worked with Paydata since 2014, John supports our reward team with data analysis and on reward projects.

John's career and expertise

Before joining Paydata, John had two different careers; one based in Data Analysis (working for BT and AT & T) and the other as a Teacher of English as a foreign language (working in Colombia and Spain).

Originally from Cambridge, John spent several years living and travelling abroad including a year in Australia and Canada, and two years living in Colombia.

An expert when it comes to data analysis, John has honed his reward management skills over many years, supporting the consultants on reward projects and their job evaluation work. John also delivers complex reward analysis on behalf of our customers and often leads the development of market-led pay structures (salary scales) using our bespoke pay modelling systems. John has also managed the delivery of our Equal Pay Audits and Total Reward Statements services for a number of years, project-managing the team to meet customer needs on time and budget.
