Joe is a reward specialist who is passionate about working with customers to ensure they have effective reward management practices in place to help attract, retain and engage the talent they need to succeed.
Joe began his career at Jersey Telecom in the Channel Islands as an HR advisor. He quickly discovered a passion for reward so was given responsibility for job evaluation, grading and benchmarking across the whole organisation. Joe continued to develop his reward management skills over a period of 10 years, culminating in him leading a pay and reward project that helped transform Jersey Telecom from an underperforming government department into a high-performing commercial organisation, aligning reward initiatives with the organisation’s goals. During his career, Joe has also worked as an HR project manager and HR business partner, enabling him to develop his project and people management skills to complement his reward management skills.
At Paydata, Joe leads the delivery of consulting services and is responsible for designing and delivering reward management solutions that support the aims of our customers. Having worked both sides of the desk in both a HR/Reward and consulting capacity, this enables him to more easily understand the issues that customers face and identify the best solution to suit their needs.
Joe works with organisations across the private, public and third sectors. His depth of knowledge and expertise spans total reward strategies, grading and pay structures, job analysis and evaluation, base and variable pay, executive pay, salary benchmarking, recognition, and non-financial rewards.
