With over 30 years’ experience in data analysis, Chris has worked at Paydata since November 2016 analysing data and providing customer reports.
Chris’ career started at Thorn EMI, before joining Xerox (then EDS, then HP, then HPE). His role as an IT specialist meant that he was involved in the testing and the wider support of IT through the Millennium bug, working in various locations for multiple clients and providing 24/7 support, whilst migrating Data Centres and performing disaster recovery testing. Chris went on to work on Enterprise Storage, supporting multiple clients and progressing to a team leader role, ensuring availability of services and capacity for the growth of new business. He has a strong track record of analysing data growth and trends and producing reports for clients and management.
Chris supports Club Surveys, importing data, producing reports and ensuring the data is accurate. He also manages ad hoc benchmarking, analysing survey and consolidating data for HR Groups on behalf of Paydata’s customers. Chris’ wider role as part of the Data Services Team is to provide day to day support for PayReview and EqualPay services.
Outside of work, Chris’ hobbies include Park Runs, watching Leeds lose (glad of the summer break…) and spending time with his family.
I increasingly interact with customers mostly by telephone rather than email to truly build that relationship.
