Agenda
The format of the session is determined by the group, but generally includes an update from Paydata on key sector level pay and reward trends and an open forum discussion session on topics nominated by attendees. An example agenda can be accessed above.
Who should attend?
Sessions are designed for HR and Reward professionals working within the PBSA sector, from advisors up to Heads of/Directors.
Attendance is generally reserved for contributors to our PBSA Pay and Benefits Survey. If you aren’t currently contributing to the survey, but are interested in joining the workshop group, please get in touch.
Location
Theses face-to-face sessions are hosted by group members and generally take place in London.
Confidentiality
Where attendees might be in competition with each other it is very important that the meeting meets certain guidelines. Provisions are therefore in place to ensure each session is conducted in an appropriate manner.
