Preparing for the new EU Pay Transparency Directive

The planned introduction of the EU Pay Transparency Directive has left many employers questioning what it will mean for them. Whilst compliance will only be mandatory for employers in EU Members States, it is likely it will be voluntarily adopted by employers outside of the EU, particularly by those operating internationally.
