We have been helping many of our customers fulfil their gender pay gap reporting obligations. It is a legal requirement for employers with over 250 employees to publish their results.
Calculating your Gender Pay Gap
If you need help calculating your mandatory gender pay gap figures, our Gender Pay Reporting service can help.
From April 2018, employers with over 250 employees have been required to publish data regarding the pay gap between male and female employees using their pay data from the relevant snapshot date (April 5th or March 30th depending on the organisation). Inevitably, fulfilling this legal obligation has become a key concern for employers and, to help, we can calculate your mandatory gender pay gap figures from just £500 plus VAT.
