Steve joined Paydata in 2019, as Service Delivery Manager, supporting customers using our PAYreview software to perform their annual pay review.
Most of Steve’s IT career has been spent in the charity sector, having spent over 15 years with the Royal National Institute of the Blind. A short spell as an IT departmental manager with a local Florist wholesaler and gifts supplier followed, before he joined Paydata in July 2019.
During his time with the Royal National Institute of the Blind, his primary role was resolving system and data issues with the organisations primary ERP & CRM systems. This role involved a large proportion of his time mapping real life business requirements to the systems functionality, making the day to day processes for his colleagues as efficient as possible.
As well as visiting the cinema and attending music festivals and concerts, Steve is a member of a small group that runs a local 1950’s Rock n Roll club, where he jives with his partner Claire. He also runs a small Golf Society, who meet up monthly; he describes this as ‘trying to control a group of middle-aged men, who have escaped their usual carers’.
“I hope to use my business experience, combined with my system knowledge, in the hope that I can make the experience of running a PAYreview as smooth and as stress free as possible."
