Sam has been with Paydata from the outset of her career, progressing to become a manager of the Technical Support Team.
Sam started at Paydata as an IT apprentice when she left school at 18. The apprenticeship took Sam two years to complete and she chose to stay at Paydata as a junior developer to help a team of more senior developers. From this, Sam gained experience within her specialist area and gained more general business experience, which has led her to become a Technical Manager. Her aim is to continue to progress and gain more experience so that she can continue to contribute to the team’s success.
Sam manages the day to day delivery of the technical support team, adopting a continuous improvement model for Paydata systems whilst also directly supporting customer users.
Sam is originally from Lanzarote but moved to England at the age of 10. In Sam’s spare time she likes to go travelling, go to different horsing events and spends time outside. She has a keen interest in keeping fit and has always loved horse riding and spending time with horses.
