A seasoned HR professional, Matthew joined Paydata as a Reward Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the human resources industry. Matthew is skilled in delivering various reward activities to organisations including reward strategies, pay structures, job evaluation, annual pay proposals, bonus scheme design and pay benchmarking.
Starting out work in the pensions' arena, Matthew has developed his skillset through a number of roles, most notably as Compensation and Benefits Analyst for Caterpillar Inc., where he was responsible for the entire EAME region's job evaluations. He also led the annual salary structure and merit review process, conducting detailed analysis before liaising with business leaders across the region.
Matthew joined Paydata in 2016 and works mainly on reward consulting, particularly in the area of job evaluation. Having worked on the 'other side of the desk' and with his personable style, he is able to work closely with customers to bring a fresh perspective to the projects he works on. He has a strong analytical background with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from Nottingham Trent University.
