Louise Cripps

Having joined Paydata as maternity cover back in 2018, Louise has become a popular permanent member of the Paydata team, always happy to help both clients and colleagues.

Louise's Career 

Louise has worked across many different sectors over the course of her career, building positive relationships in both face to face environments and over the phone, fulfilling customers needs.

Louise's Expertise

Alongside assisting existing customers, Louise's role involves expanding participation in our salary surveys, as well as managing bespoke survey participation, where we may not already have a client base.

Louise's Interests

Outside of work, Louise enjoys travelling and learning about different cultures. When she's not off exploring or spending quality time with her two grown-up sons, she enjoys the theatre and the arts, walking and the odd fitness class.
