John Allen

John is the Data Services Manager and has worked for Paydata since 2014. 

John's Career 

Before joining Paydata, John had two different careers – one based in Data Analysis (working for BT and AT & T) and the other teaching English as a foreign language (working in Colombia and Spain).

Originally from Cambridge, John spent several years living and travelling abroad including a year in Australia and Canada, two years living in Colombia and 18 months in Spain.

John's Expertise

Within Paydata, John has progressed from Analyst to Team Manager and leads the delivery of all data analysis products that Paydata offers. Since 2016 John has developed his reward management skills and supports the consultants on the advice they provide and their job evaluation work.

John's Interests

John loves travelling and visiting new places, although in the last few years with a young family, John is mainly sticking to exploring Europe.
