As Customer Experience Officer, Jade is committed to making sure that customers have a great experience when working with Paydata, every time.
Jade started in a temporary position in 2017 and began her permanent role in the team in July 2017. Jade is an experienced administrator who has been encouraged to expand these skills and grow in her role.
Jade manages administrative duties, listening and acting responsively to our customers and to represent Paydata as the first point of contact. Jade also maintains records and up-to-date data, as well as maintaining the success of our Salary Surveys by keeping membership levels high.
Jade’s initial career in the military drives her to keep active. She enjoys snowboarding, swimming and keeping fit. She focuses on helping her daughters find their passions, helping them to find new things to try. Jade has taught at a Sunday School for many years and is also a keen cook who enjoys trying new recipes.
