The autumn 2020 edition of the Paydata UK Reward Management Survey is now open for participation.

The UK Reward Management Survey is designed to provide you with the information you need to take an informed view about what is happening in UK reward management. As we continue to navigate the challenges faced during these unprecedented times, once again the resulting report is going to be a valuable source of information to employers.

As well as covering the usual questions on pay and bonus outlook, this edition also covers Covid-19 and plans for returning to business-as-usual, alongside mental health and wellbeing practices in the workplace. We know these are ongoing areas of interest within HR and reward community and therefore we would like to track current practice.

Sickness absence and policy trends
With the ongoing challenges of Covid-19, in order to assist employers, we look at sickness absence trends and what changes employers have made to policies during this period.

Covid-19 and Returning to Work
As we move past the first wave of Covid-19 and businesses start their journey back to 'business as usual', we are interested in hearing about your plans and expectations.

Mental health and wellbeing in the workplace
The role of employers in supporting employees’ mental health and wellbeing has increasingly come to the fore over recent years, and in particular over recent months. We look at what employers are doing and the effect it is having on them and their employees.

Receive a free report and sector analysis

The whole survey should only take around 15 minutes to complete and all participants will receive a free report of the results. Subject to participation, there will also be additional sector analysis created that compares your industry against the general market.

Confidentiality

We understand that some of the information we are asking for may be commercially sensitive. We therefore give you two assurances:

  1. We will never share your confidential information with anyone else.
  2. We will only produce an aggregated summary report of the results making it impossible to identify individual answers.
Should you have any queries, or require advice on the reward challenges you are facing, please get in touch and a member of the team will be happy to help.
