1.How can PAYreview save me time? +

5.How do we get our information into and out of PAYreview? +

We agree a set format (such as a spreadsheet or CSV file) to receive your data and we undertake all the work involved in importing your data into PAYreview software.

The results of your pay review can easily be exported from PAYreview via payroll uploads or change logs. A suite of useful management reports is also included inthe standard PAYreview package that you can use to review reward decisions in real time.

6.How customised is PAYreview? +

PAYreview is not purely an off-the-shelf software solution. Standard customisations on fonts, logos and fieldnames are quick and very simple to make, and are included in the basic software package.

Additional customisations such as building in performance matrices or business rules are available in blocks of days, which are estimated and agreed before any work is undertaken.

7.What are the system requirements? +

Users (including line managers) just need an internet-connected computer with a browser, although we recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 8 and above. Administrators need a run-time version of Microsoft Access (2003 version and upwards) running on Windows.

PAYreview is designed for organisations that operate in geographically diverse labour markets. PAYreview can be utilised in multiple countries and regions and the user interface can easily be customised for different currencies and languages.

PAYreview is designed to be easy to use. However, we provide a range of services such as online training videos & tutorials and dedicated telephone and email support, to support your people. We also provide training to your system administrators (such as HR) so they can get the most out of PAYreview.
