This Mechanical & Electrical Club Salary Survey aimed at companies in the construction and business services sectors that provide mechanical and electrical services such as electrical fitting and HVAC installation and/or maintenance. It is only available to participants.

What does it cover?
- Base pay and total cash – personalised reports showing company position in the market
- Hours, Commission and Bonus schemes design, labour turnover, company cars, flexible benefits, holiday entitlement, notice periods, pensions, private medical, sickness & accident arrangements
- A separate benefits survey runs on a two-yearly time cycle.

How much does it cost?
£700 plus VAT for a 12 month subscription to the survey
£250 plus VAT for a 12 month subscription to the HR Forum (2 meetings pa)
