- Base pay and total cash – personalised reports showing company position in the market
- Hours, Commission and Bonus schemes design, labour turnover, company cars, flexible benefits, holiday entitlement, notice periods, pensions, private medical, sickness & accident arrangements
- A separate benefits survey runs on a two-yearly time cycle.
