UK Reward Management Survey Spring 2016 - Summary Report

UK Reward Management Survey Spring 2016 - Summary ReportThe Paydata UK Reward Management Survey continues to track what is happening in the world of reward. It builds on the information we have collected since 2009. With each passing edition of this survey we have seen a reasonably consistent picture in terms of pay and pay awards. The survey comes at an interesting time as the UK has now voted to leave the Euorpean Union.

The spring 2016 edition attracted responses from more than 140 organisations, across a range of industries and sectors, employing in the region of half a million people in total. Data for the online survey was collected up to mid-May 2016.

We would like to thank those of you who participated, and those who have recommended the survey to others to help the survey grow as an authoritative source of information and insight on the world of reward.

Download a summary version of the survey report, which gives some of the highlights. A full report of the findings is available free of charge to all participants. To register to take part in future editions of the survey, please sign-up here.

The autumn edition of the Paydata UK Reward Management Survey will be launched in September 2016.
