Who takes part?

This Call Centre Club Salary Survey is aimed at companies that operate call centres irrespective of the industry sector they are in.  It is particularly useful for understanding local markets around the UK as the results are analysed geographically – nationally, regionally and locally down to call centre location.  It is only available to participants.

How much does it cost?

  • £700 plus VAT for a 12 month subscription to the survey
  • £350 plus VAT for a 12 month subscription to the HR Forum (1 delegate, 2 meetings pa)
  • Additional delegate rate (per meeting): £75 plus VAT
