Who takes part?

This Airlines Club Salary Survey comprises two separate surveys.  Existing employer’ forums have outsourced these surveys to PAYdata.  The first survey targets UK parented airlines and the second survey targets overseas parented airlines with a UK presence.

What jobs are included?

The survey covers a wide spectrum of job roles across a number of operational areas, including flight deck, cargo, engineering and passenger services.

What does it cover?

• Base pay and total cash – personalised reports showing company position in the market
• Main benefits, hours, allowances

What do I get?

• Full survey report on an agreed date
• Telephone support on using the survey and to answer your pay questions

How much does it cost?

£700 plus VAT for the full survey based on a 12 month subscription.

£400 plus VAT for partial results - up to 15 survey roles.
