Case Study One

One example of how we can apply our survey expertise to uses other than pay is the work we undertook for a construction engineering business. Using an on-line employee opinion survey we achieved a solid response of over 1,700 employees and gave the management team a comprehensive analysis highlighting key trends and issues.

Another on-line survey we conduct is aimed at the members of a professional association. We have run this survey for several years and have proactively sought to improve it and to maintain high response rates. It is an excellent example of how we adopt a partnership approach with our clients.
One piece of work, for a major technology company, demonstrates our capability to conduct detailed qualitative research where the visible objectivity and credibility of a 3rd party is important.

Case Study Two

The organisation has five large call centres in the UK. As part of a strategic review of call centre rewards we were asked to run a series of focus groups with operations managers in call centres around the UK. The aim was to understand how they felt about the makeup of their teams’ rewards packages, gauge how alternative approaches would be received and collect opinions on other aspects of customer service that might have an influence on the strategic review.

We were also asked to conduct a similar exercise with the customer services senior management team. The structured discussions were wide-ranging and the insights in our detailed reports contributed to the final strategy.
