Paul is Director of PAYdata and IPM, and has built his reward expertise in a range of settings.  After graduating he started his career in job evaluation at Thorn EMI.  He then spent 10 years as Head of Reward for Thomas Cook dealing with both strategic and operational reward issues around the world.

He co-founded International Personnel Management in 1995 and went on to set up PAYdata with Alan Bentley in 1997.  He has seen the company’s growth from its origins in a room of his house to its present premises in the Peterborough Business Park.

Paul has a keen interest in football and for two years was Chairman of the Supporters’ Trust that owned Rushden & Diamonds Football Club.

Alan is a Director of PAYdata and IPM and has key account responsibilities with a number of the company’s major clients, headquartered in the UK and overseas.

His career has focused on financial services and travel. He has experience in all aspects of Human Resources at a senior level, including International and Executive compensation for local nationals, expatriates and third country nationals, with HSBC and Thomas Cook.

Alan acts as a Trust Board member for Age Concern in Peterborough.

Peter originally graduated in engineering but has now worked in Human Resources for more than 30 years.  He gained his HR grounding in heavy engineering with Babcock International.  Subsequently with Thomas Cook he held a variety of roles culminating in HR Director for the UK Retail business.

Peter joined PAYdata in 2003.  He works mainly on reward consulting and the YOURsay employee listening services.

Peter is a keen, if not particularly skilled golfer.   He similarly exhibits more enthusiasm than ability during his weekly music lessons on keyboards.

Tim was PAYdata’s first full time employee when he joined Paul in 1999.  Before that he undertook financial analysis for Going Places Travel. 

Tim leads the PAYdata Data Services team and is the key point of contact for most of our customers.  He has been the driving force in establishing many of the salary surveys, HR Forums and data services that the company now offers.

Tim is Chairman of his local badminton club.  He is also an active campanologist who trains both young and old in the ancient art of bell ringing.  He put his experience to good use when he led the PAYdata team in Yuletide hand bell ringing for charity in 2008.
